Terms and Conditions

Ordering
Ordering from Quadcopters.co.uk is very easy simply find the items you want to buy, add them to your basket and then follow the checkout procedure entering your delivery details, then payment is made by credit or debit card through our secure payment system or by Paypal if you have an account. An email will be sent when your items have been despatched. In the event of items being out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible with estimated delivery times or an alternative. We aim to despatch all orders the same day or within 48 hours of reciept of the order. Orders recieved from a Friday after 3pm to Sunday will be despatched on the next working day.


UK Postage
Small packages are sent using Royal Mail First Class parcel post. Bigger and higher value orders are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded delivery or by DPD courier or by a delivery company of our discretion. All high value orders are fully insured and most will require a signature on delivery.

International Postage / Shipping Rates
Postage rates are calculated by the weight of the items in your shopping basket and the location they are being posted to.
International orders that are to large (Over 2kg) for Airmail will be sent with alternative courier serice and can take between 2-7 working days on average depending on your location
.
Selecting the wrong postage for your country or destination to reduce the shipping fees at checkout will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.


Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging in re-saleable condition as you received it. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs. If the return is due to Quadcopters.co.uk making a mistake in your order we will also refund appropriate postage costs where applicible. If the return is due to the item being damaged or faulty then please contact us, we will inspect and test return and depending on the fault it might have to be returned to our suppliers for repair/replacement or further inspection, Items that are returned and not found to be faulty by us or our suppliers can not be refunded and a admin charge will be incured our rate is currently £60.00 per hour although this is subject to change at any time. You should also inform us of items that have been damaged during delivery within 24 hours of recieving it so we can make the appropriate claims, parcels that are delivered and show signs of damage must be signed for as damaged with the delivery agent. If you are returning an item please make sure you use sufficient packaging so it doesn't get damaged in transit. Also we recommend using a recorded delivery or insurance for valuable items. Quadcopters.co.uk is not responsible for returns that never make it back to us .Please also note we can be very busy at times and therefore it is usually anything between 2 - 14 working days to test items sent to us. Additionally if we require replacement parts to come in from our main suppliers then this will incur further delays. 

We can not refund or replace items that have not been used correctly and then damaged, this includes Quadcopter kits, RTF Quadcopters, Escs, Motors and all related products on our website which might be beyond the operators skills, please make sure you have a reasonable expectation of the results when learning to fly model aircraft and obtain insurance from the BMFA and fly from legal and safe sites.
